If I attend a webinar, do I need to participate or appear on video?

In most cases, you don’t have to appear on video to participate in a webinar. You can participate via the chat function or simply using the audio/talk button if you have a microphone. If you are doing a presentation for a major project or graded assessment, you may want to consider turning on your webcam to introduce yourself and your project on video, but then you can turn your webcam off and present the rest of your presentation with the talk button.
