Can I take a course through Fresno City College and apply it to my degree?

We offer non-credit/non-degree courses and do not count for university or college credit and cannot be applied to a degree or diploma program.

The only exceptions would be select courses in Medical Sciences listed here.

These courses are taught in conjunction with the State Center Community College District’s Faculty of Medicine and are typically taken by students for admission credit into such programs as Medicine, Nursing, or Pharmacology. To confirm whether they are applicable, please connect with the degree department directly. To apply your courses towards admissions into any degree programs you will need to submit an Fresno City College transcript request and have it sent to the degree department directly. 

If you wish to petition a university or college to accept your Fresno City College course, you must contact them directly.
