I am a returning accommodations student; do I need to notify the School each time I register for a course?

Our Accessibility Team is not automatically notified when a learner who has a previously registered accommodations plan enrolls into a new course. As a result, you must notify Fresno City College each time you register into a course so that our Accessibility Team can make the necessary arrangements. However, unless there are any changes to the requested supports you do not need to provide documentation each term.
